Tickets
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively through the official OLTD ticket platform.
I purchased a ticket but did not receive it. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact the ticket provider.
The name on my ticket is different from my own. Is that a problem?
Tickets are not necessarily linked to a specific name. A valid ticket with a valid QR code grants access.
Location
Where is OLTD located?
OLTD takes place in Duffel, Belgium, at the intersection of Spoorweglaan and Rechtstraat, opposite the fire brigade station.
The event starts at 21:00. We recommend arriving on time to ensure a smooth entry experience.
Please note that there is no parking area directly next to the festival grounds.
Age
Is there a minimum age for OLTD?
OLTD is designed for a young adult and adult audience.
There is no strict minimum age requirement. However, we recommend the event primarily for visitors aged 16 and above.
VIP
How can I access the VIP Experience?
VIP access is limited and available upon request, subject to availability.
The OLTD VIP Experience is designed for guests who value a more exclusive festival experience. The organisation reserves the right to manage access to maintain the atmosphere and quality of the VIP experience.
What does VIP access include?
The OLTD VIP Experience includes access to the VIP Deck with a premium view of the mainstage, dedicated facilities and additional hospitality benefits.

Lost & found
I lost something during the event. What should I do?
If you lost a valuable item, please contact the OLTD organisation via email or direct message.
We will check whether the item has been recovered and assist where possible. Please note that OLTD does not operate a dedicated lost & found service and cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.
